2. Fill up the form properly and submit it to the Registrar, National University, Gazipur-1704 within 13 December, 2012. Total 8 SET application is to be submitte with all required documents.


3. A bank draft of BDT. 200/- is to be added with the application form.


4. Two copy of recent passport size photograph is to be pasted in the application form.


5. Attested copy of all educational certificates and required documents must be added with the application form.


6. Name of the post must be written in bold letters on the envelop containing the application form.
