- Those who are in merit list must report on 18 December within 9.00 am to 11.oo am. Medical check up, viva and admission will start from 12.00 pm on the very day.
- Those who are in waiting list must report on 20 December within 9.00 am to 11.oo am. Medical check up, viva and admission will start from 12.00 pm on the very day.

- Recent STAMP Size Photograph: 5 copies

- Freedom fighter and tribal certificate
- Taka: 12,00 BDT (Twelve thousand only)
The result is prepared from the summation of admission test score and GPA achieved in SSC and HSC.
