Qualification for applying:
- Only women are eligible for this.
- Applicant must have at least GPA 2.5/ 2nd class in SSC and 2.5 in HSC, 2010/2011/2012 from any education board.
- Applicant must have to be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
- Applicants should have sound health .

How to apply Diploma in Midwifery Admission Circular 2012-13 :
- Applicants have to deposit Tk. 250 in Bank Account of Head of Certain Branch at own District. Then they have to deposit slip at the Certain Branch, after that they can collect form
- Applicants should fill up SIF (which is provided with application form) & application form and submit it Certain Branch.
- It is obligatory to submit the photocopies of SSC, HSC mark sheets, certificates, testimonials & 3 copies pp size photographs which is attested by 1st class Gazetted Officer with application form
- Applicants Involved in any job, government service or training or studying in any Institution will not be able to apply.
