Minimum qualification for application in Islamic University:
- A student must have passed the HSC/equivalent examination either in the year of 2011 or 2012, and must have met the conditions stated below, depending on the stream he/she comes from:
(a) Science Background:
The student must have secured GPA of at least 3.25 (with Fourth Subject) in both the SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations and the total GPA must be at least 7.0.
The students who have passed O and A levels must have secured grade 'B' in both cases.
(b) Commerce Background:
The student must have secured GPA of at least 3.0 (with Fourth Subject) in both the SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations and the total GPA must be at least 6.5.
The students who have passed O and A levels must have secured grade 'C' in both cases.
(c) Arts Background:
The student must have secured GPA of at least 3.0 (with Fourth Subject) in both the SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations and the total GPA must be at least 6.5.
The students who have passed O and A levels must have secured grade 'C' in both cases.
(d) The case for A Unit:
An applicant must have met the conditions as stated for students having Arts background, in (c) above.
