JSC/JDC Result Rescrutiny 2012 by Teletalk SMS Formula

JSC/JDC Rescrutiny Application process by SMS (only Teletalk)


Junior School Certificate (i.e.; JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC result) for the year 2012 has just published. Overall result is praiseworthy. A huge number of  candidates has grabbed the highest GPA with a very high pass rate.
But there are obviously some guys who did not secure their desired results. Some of them unexpectedly cut sorry figure and many of them missed Grade point 5 in a single subject.

So the education board authority arrange re-examination system of JSC and JDC exam papers so that results of JSC/JDC can be re-evaluated. This process brings smile many of the candidates each year.
The process almost similar to the rescrutiny application of SSC and equivalent exam. Only difference in the payment amount.

JSC/JDC Re-scrutiny application can be done by Teletalk mobile only. Last date: 03 January 2013


Procedure for JSC/JDC Re-scrutiny application via Teletalk:


The only Govt. Mobile telephone operator teletalk is liable for this board challenge service. In your hand set go to message option and send SMS following instruction given below.

  • RSC<space>First 3 Character of Board Name<space>Roll Number<space>Subject Code and send to 16222. If you want to apply for more than one subject just put comma (,) in between subject codes. You can see detail Teletalk SMS Format here.



  • After applying through mobile sms an applicant will get an reply SMS with a PIN number. This message will let him know how much he is to pay for this application.



  • If you are ready to pay the charge that means if you have sufficient balance in your mobile account, you have to write RSC<space>YES<space>Pin Number<space>Contact number and send to 16222.



  • Another confirmation sms will be sent to your mobile mentioning candidate's name and track number. This tract number is not so important. This is for technical matters only. Your contact number is important cause, your JSC/JDC Rescrutiny Result 2012 will be sent as SMS to this number. So be careful about this number.


How much will you have to Pay per subject for JSC/JDC Rescrutiny:


The fee for this reexamining is taka 125 per subject. But for Bangla and English it is 250/-. Candidates will write subject code of First paper only. If someone wants to recheck more than one subject, he is to write First pater subject codes of respective subject separated by a comma.

You have to apply within 03 January, 2013.

Special Note: Time for online rescrutiny application is very limited. Don't get late to submit application. Teletalk server invariably got jammed in the last 2 or 3 days of any event it handles. So please, please submit your rescrutiny application as soon as possible.


Here another point I would like to mention that Last year re-scrutiny application time was from 29 July to 12 August . The scrutinized result published on 11 July 2011 in Dhaka board.

All applicants must have at least a Bachelor Degree in any field of study. The minimum qualifying point is seven (07) for all applicants. The points are calculated as follows:

Selection Procedure:


The test has two components: Written Assessment and Interview.

The written assessment component evaluates applicants' aptitude in Language, Mathematics, and Analytical ability. An applicant must obtain a minimum qualifying score in each of the above areas to pass of the written test and appear for the interview.
All Bangladeshi applicants must take the admission test. Foreign applicants with a minimum percentile of 50 in GMAT may be exempted from the written assessment. However, they will be required to appear for an interview.

PSC Result or Primary Scholarship Certificate Exam Result commonly known as Primary Somapony Result 2012 publishes on 27 November 2012 after 2.oo PM.

This year it will be a great success for the Ministry of Education as they are gonna Publish both PSC Result and JSC Result on the same day.

So the official site of DPE and Teletalk will have to undergo strenuous pressure on the result publishing day for Primary School Certificate and Junior School Certificate and JDC or Junior Dakhil Certificate Exam.

It will take more or less one month to publish the Primary Scholarship result which will be found here in due time.

How to Apply for the IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship?



  • Applications for the IT scholarship are invited thrice a year through newspaper advertisement & website

  • Application forms are available at branches of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd for a fee of Tk. 100

  • Applicants must mail their completed applications to the address indicated on the application materials.

  • First step is to pass Aptitude Test conducted for IT Scholarship programme.

  • Second and last step is to appear in a brief interview. Candidates are finally selected if they successfully passed the interview.


Aptitude Test


In order to assess the basic aptitude of the candidate, the Project Authority would conduct a written test lasting 45 minutes, in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) format. The test basically seeks to evaluate a candidate’s problem solving abilities. There is no pass or fail marks. Only a percentile ranking system is used for selecting successful candidates.

Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission (BJSC) Examination :


Examination Process :


The  BJSC  Conducts  the  selection  process  for  recruitment  of  capable  & efficient  persons  for  the  Bangladesh  Judicial  Service  who  would  have  the  integrity  and  knowledge  in  laws.  Government  through  Ministry  of  Law sends requisition for recruitment depending on existing judicial vacancies at the  entry  level  of  the  services.  On  receiving  the  requisition  the  BJSC publishes  advertisement  in  the  national  dailies  inviting  applications  under Rule  5  of the  (‘বাংলাদেশ জুডিসিয়াল সার্ভিস ( সার্ভিস গঠন, সার্ভিস পদে নিয়োগ এবং সাময়িক  বরখাস্তকারণ,  বরখাস্তকরণ  ও  অপসারণ)  বিধিমালা’,  ২০০৭.)  wewagvjvÕ,  2007.  The  requisite  qualification  of the  candidates  are  that  they  have  second  class  law  graduation  or  post graduation degree and the age limit not beyond 30 years.

 

Preliminary Examination :


Considering the total number of applicant the Commission may go for a pre-screening  Test  called  the Preliminary  Test of 100  marks  based  on multiple choice  questions  (MCQ).  The  pass  marks  is  55%  as  per   বাংলাদেশ  জুডিসিয়াল সার্ভিসের প্রবেশ পদে নিয়োগ বিষয়ক আদেশ, ২০০৭ এর বিধি 4. The marks obtained by any candidate  in  the  Preliminary  Test  are  not  added  forward.  Preliminary Examination result is published in three national dailies.

Written Examination :


Successful candidates of the Preliminary Examination are required to sit for a comprehensive Written Examination of 1000 marks divided in 10 Papers. Duration  of  the  examination  for  each  paper  is  3  hours.  Candidates  are required to sit for a compulsory general subject of four papers consisting 400 marks  and  a  compulsory  law  subject  of  four  papers  consisting  400  marks. Candidates are also required to sit for a optional law subject of two papers of their own choice from amongst 6 papers as mentioned in the syllabus as per    বাংলাদেশ  জুডিসিয়াল সার্ভিসের প্রবেশ পদে নিয়োগ বিষয়ক আদেশ, ২০০৭ এর বিধি 5. Pass mark in  written exam is 50%. Less than 30% marks obtained in any  subject  will not be added with crash the entire result of a candidate.

 

Evaluation of Answer Script :


Answer script of written examination is evaluated by a double examination method.  Examiners  are  nominated  by  the  Chairman  from  the  sitting  and  retired judges of Supreme Court and also from amongst senior members of Subordinate Judiciary and university teachers. When the difference between the 1 st  and 2 nd  examiner is 20 marks or above the answer sheet is then sent to a  3 rd   examiner for  evaluation. Examiners  are  instructed  for  not putting any marks or sign on the answer script. They are given separate mark sheet for evaluation purpose. The average mark of the 1 st  & 2 nd  examiner is considered as the actual mark of an individual candidate. In case of 3 rd  examination the
average number of the two nearest number is considered as the actual mark obtained.

 

Scrutiny :


All the mark sheets of the examiners are scrutinized for any miscalculation or non- marking by the Chairman nominated Scrutinizers. According to the report of scrutinizers regarding any flaws necessary corrections are made in the mark sheets.

 

Tabulation & Publication of the Written Examination Result :


For  the  purpose  of  preparing  the  result  tabulators  nominated  by  the Chairman first write down the marks of each code numbered answer sheet in a  detailed  Average  Sheet  for  calculating  the  average  number.  Then  the decoding is  done  and each  candidates  name  &  roll  numbers are  written  on the  tabulation  sheet  along  with  their  marks  obtained.  The  marks  written  in the  tabulation  sheet  are  taken  from  the  average  sheet.  The  marks  are aggregated and cross-cheeked by another group of tabulators nominated by the  Chairman.  All  these  are  done  for  maintaining  highest  accuracy  in preparing  the  result.  Then  candidates  name  who  qualifies  in  the  written examination are published in the daily newspapers and they are called for a viva-voce examination.

 

Viva-voce Examination :


Candidates qualified in the written examination appear before the Interview Board comprising of 5/6 Members headed by a Chairman nominated by the Commission.  The  Commission  may  also  constitute  more  than  one  Board depending  on  the  number  of  candidates.  The  mark  of  the  viva-voce  test  is 100  and a  candidate  securing  minimum 50% marks  will  be  added  with the marks  secured  by  him  in  the  Written  Test  as  per  [ বাংলাদেশ  জুডিসিয়াল সার্ভিসের প্রবেশ পদে নিয়োগ বিষয়ক আদেশ, ২০০৭ এর বিধি 7].  Each  candidate’s  legal
knowledge, presentation, confidence level, personality, handwriting, general knowledge etc. are the matters to be considered by the Board.

 

Preparation of the Final Result :


Each candidate’s viva-voce number is added in the tabulation sheet and the total  numbers  are  aggregated  for  preparing  the  Merit  List  according  to  the highest  mark  obtained.  Candidates  must  pass  both  written  and  viva-voce examination separately.

 

Medical Test : 


Successful  candidates’  physical  ability  are  tested  by  a  Medical  Board constituted by the Ministry of Health.

 

Recommendation for Appointment :


On the basis of the vacant posts for which the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary   Affairs   sent   the   requisition,   the   names   of   successful candidates  from  the  top  of  the  merit-list  are  recommended  for  their appointment to be made by the Hon’ble President.

Admission Qualification:



  • Graduate in any discipline or a recognized equivalent degree from any University at home or in abroad.
